What is air bubble washing machine?

The air bubble washing machine is widely used for cleaning, soaking, sterilization, and color fixation of all kinds of fruits and vegetables, agri products, and Chinese herbal medicines

Shandong Tek Machinery Factory Air Bubble Washing Machine is mainly including two parts: 

One water tank, the other is  elevator chain,which are used for cleaning fruits and vegetables, like tomatoes, carrots, ginger,cabbage,apple, orange,mango,pineapple berry and others

The air bubble washing machine tank is filled with clean water, and the elevator is used to transfer the clean fruits and vegetables to next station for sorting.

The combination of air blower and water makes tumbling to remove the agricultural residues on the surace of fruits and vegetables,floating matter can overlow from the overlow tank, 

and the sediment is discharged from the sewage outlet to achieve the purpose of washing The fuits and vegetables are contiouousy foward and elevated by the elevator 

The elevator is equipped with spray nozzels to rinse the fruits and vegetables again under high-pressure water.

Wahser Bubbling tank: The tank is made of stainles steel 304, with waterinlet,sewage outlet,  overflow outlet, bubble tube

Washer Elevator: The frame is made of stainless steel 304,  with spray nozzels, and water tray.
