Grape Stem Remove and Crush Machine Overview:

1.TEK Grape Stem removing and crushing machine is a special equipment for wineries to process fresh grapes. 

It can separate grapes from stems, remove stems and branches, crush, and transport pulp. It is the early grape processing equipment for small and medium-sized wineries.

The main feature is to remove stems first and then crush, and it also has the function of crushing directly without removing stems.

The crushing roller is made of sanitary high-elastic rubber, which has a protective effect on the grape core.

The feeding screw is driven by stepless speed regulation and can be adjusted.

The destemming device can adjust the speed according to different grape varieties, and the crushed grapes are transported outward by the lower screw.

2. Main structure:

This equipment is mainly composed of feeding, Separating, crushing, pulping, rack and other parts.

Grape Feeding device: The feeding device is located at the front end of the destemming device. The main component is a conveying screw with mechanical stepless speed regulation. 

The feeding speed can be adjusted according to different grape varieties to achieve a satisfactory destemming effect.

Grape Stem Separate device: It consists of a destemming shaft, a destemming rotary screen and a transmission system. The stemming shaft is equipped with spirally distributed stemming blades. 

The rotary screen is punched from stainless steel plate, with a front diameter of 28mm and a rear diameter of 20mm. 

Its function is to separate the fruit from the stem and discharge the stems out of the machine.

The stemming device transmission system is located at the front end of the frame and is driven by a worm gear stepless speed reducer through a chain.

The crushing device is located at the bottom of the stemming rotary screen and consists of two crushing rollers. The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted arbitrarily between 4-15mm. 

it is connected to the frame by a hinge, and the quick-open handle is locked for easy cleaning.

Slurry pump: The slurry pump is a single screw pump, which is installed under the crushing device and is not connected to the main machine,

which is convenient for cleaning and reduces the vibration of the main machine when it is working.

Frame: The frame is a supporting part that connects various parts of the equipment and is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel.
