Raw milk → Filtration → Preheating → Homogenization → Pasteurization → Fermentation → Cooling → Packaging & Filling.

The process starts with raw material processing and includes milk standardization, pasteurization, cooling, fermentation, filling and final packaging.
Cooling Tank:
The main function of milk storage tanks is to refrigerate and preserve milk and other dairy products. By storing them in a low temperature environment,
milk storage tanks can ensure the quality of dairy products, prevent them from developing unpleasant odors and avoid spoilage caused by long-term storage.
Filter Tank
Initially removes particulate matter, such as hair, grass clippings, etc., usually installed at the front end of the production line.
Preheating tank
The function of the milk preheating tank is to heat up the raw milk to around 60 degrees for the next process of homogenization,
it can get better homogenization effect at 60 degrees.
Homogenizer:
The function of the homogenizer is to break up the macro molecular fat protein globules in the milk through squeezing and strong impact,
and evenly disperse them in the milk, making the milk smooth and good in taste, so that the fermentation of yogurt in the later stage is better.
Sterilization tank
The pasteurized milk is characterized by the use of 72-85 degrees for sterilization, which sterilizes harmful bacteria in the milk while preserving nutrients and taste.
Fermentation tank
The suitable temperature for yogurt fermentation is about 43°C. After fermentation, the fatty acids in the milk are twice as much as those in the raw milk,
and the nutrients are more easily absorbed by the human body.
Precooling tank
The precooling tank can greatly increase the production capacity of the production line.
Its function is to cool the sterilized milk without affecting the sterilization work of the sterilization tank, and can save electricity and water.
CIP cleaning system
CIP automatic cleaning can save labor and is mainly suitable for medium and large production lines.
The CIP cleaning system consists of three tanks: acid water tank, alkaline water tank, and clean water tank.
The three liquids are circulated to clean the equipment separately to make the equipment clean.
Filling machine
Fully automatic milk filling and sealing machine, the whole machine adopts pneumatic point-to-point optimization coordination to complete,
fully automatically complete the functions of cup dropping, cup delivery, quantitative filling, film delivery, sealing, etc.,
